What do storm water, litter and the ocean have in common? Well, you might say, one thing leads to another. Because trash left on our streets and sidewalks washes through the drainage system and into the ocean. So when we came up with a campaign for Oahu Storm Water Management Program, we needed to first bring awareness to the issue, and then get locals to do something about it.
