Culture Wrangler and Thought Leader
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to help strategize and implement eye-catching campaigns for leading local companies. This highly motivated individual will have an all-out can-do spirit, backed by a disciplined strategy-first approach and a deep understanding of analytics. In this client-facing role, clear communication is a must. And when all h*ll breaks loose, this calm, wonderfully organized individual will joyfully keep both client and team on track. Multiple samples of past campaigns required, along with supporting metrics.
What you’ll do_
Key responsibilities
- Be a passionate visionary for the brand
- Develop and implement the strategies across social, paid and owned media
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and marketing efforts
- Develop creative briefs and strategic plans
- Monitor project success and present detailed data-supported outcomes
- Comfortably present and work with top-level executives
- Manage creative and production teams to keep projects on schedule and on budget
- Be an inspiring leader within the MVNP client team for social innovation
- Work with agency leadership to grow client relationships and identify opportunities
What you’ll need_
Required skills
- 3+ years of experience developing, leading and managing social campaigns
- Up-to-date on social trends
- Collaborative leader, clear and effective communicator
- Strategic problem-solver, innovative thinker
- Highly organized, able to work on multiple high-demand campaigns
- Calm, focused, and professional under fire
- Ability to resolve conflicts with positive results
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work well with changing situations
- Plays well with others
- Must be a team player based in Hawai‘i with a thorough understanding of local culture
